What we collect

When you contact us or sign up as a member we collect your name, email, phone number, and any financial or personal details relevant to the service you’ve asked for.

How we use it

To provide the membership and services you’ve requested.
To make introductions to our partner firms where relevant.
To send service updates and (only if you’ve opted in) newsletter content.
To meet our regulatory and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the regulated partner firms required to deliver a service to you, and with our infrastructure providers under strict confidentiality. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you’re an active member plus six years to meet legal record-keeping obligations. After that it’s deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to our legal obligations). Email hello@crewfo.com to make a request.
